I'm a CTO based in Pardubice, Czechia. For over ten years I've built websites, products and infrastructure — these days mostly architecture, process and engineering leadership. On the side I build my own SaaS.

Consulting and engineering leadership
I help where it gets decided whether a product stays maintainable: architecture, process, engineering leadership, devops, technical audits. I work in Czech and in English, and increasingly with AI tools as a normal part of development.
Websites and products, end to end
When something needs to be delivered, not just designed, I build it. From a presentation site to a finished product with its own pricing and PDF export.

Briefly
I started building websites at fourteen; my first domain ran under the name fichtner.ic.cz. Since then the work has moved from drawing pages to how software gets planned, built and run — today I do that as a CTO. I like briefs where it isn't clear yet what should actually be built.
Alongside client work I write small open-source tools — like claude-usage-menubar, a macOS and Ubuntu menu bar widget showing Claude usage stats. Rust, MIT.
